SYBR - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SYBR applications ("App"), developed and operated by SYBR, LLC ("SYBR," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App. By using the app, you are demonstrating that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. SYBR is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality;
• Access the App through automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers);
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

All content and intellectual property associated with the App belong to SYBR or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

The App may include links to third-party services. SYBR is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of such services is at your own risk.

SYBR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your continued use after updates signifies your acceptance of the changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SYBR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYBR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold SYBR harmless from claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, USA, under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
